Tsetan Dolma
Founder, Operations Head
Born in Skindiyang, I grew up amidst the serene shepherd life and vibrant mountains. Though school felt disconnected, my grandparents taught me invaluable lessons. Failing my 10th standard in 2009 led me to SECMOL, where I learned about education, leadership, and public speaking.
Since 2011, I’ve been a trekking guide in Ladakh, gaining expertise in mountain care and client management. I pursued education through IGNOU, completed mountaineering and French courses, and am now undergoing the IFMGA course as India’s only female participant.
Since 2012, I’ve helped local farmers set up homestays and run “De-Khambir,” a café offering authentic Ladakhi cuisine. My journey reflects my passion for sharing Ladakh’s beauty and culture with the world.
