Arrival in Leh

Leh is located at an altitude of 3500 meters above sea level. Upon arrival at the Leh airport, our representative will receive you and transfer you to your hotel. Enjoy a hot breakfast and take the entire day to rest and acclimatize to the high altitude.

Exploring Leh

Around 10:30 am, our guide will take you to visit Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, and the local market. These monuments are 300 meters higher than Leh city, offering excellent sunset and sunrise views, along with beautiful vistas of Leh city, the Indus River, and Stok Kangri. If time permits, you can also visit Shey Palace and Thiksey Monastery before returning to the hotel.

Leh to Takmachik via Alchi and Lamayuru

Travel from Leh to Takmachik, visiting Alchi and Lamayuru Monasteries, and the unique Moonland area. Along the Indus River, you will see many villages, Magnetic Hill, Sangam Point, and unique mountain formations. In the evening, you will explore Takmachik village.

Experience Takmachik Village

Life After a 9:00 am breakfast, your guide will brief you on the day’s activities. You will observe and participate in local farming practices such as gardening, sowing buckwheat seeds, and barley harvesting. Lunch will be with a local farmer’s family, experiencing authentic Ladakhi cuisine and interacting with locals. You will spend the night at the same homestay.

Apricot Activities in Takmachik Village

Today is dedicated to apricot activities. You will learn about natural drying methods for fruits and vegetables and Ladakh’s unique winter storage systems. Engage with local farmers, share knowledge, and enjoy a picnic-style day. Optional face pack activity with apricots is also available. Lunch and dinner will be provided at the homestay.

Takmachik to Leh via Mushroom Cultivation and Handloom Visit

Travel back to Leh, visiting a Mushroom Cultivation Farm in Liker and a Women’s Handloom in Phayang. Lunch will be in Phyang village. Enjoy scenic views of the mountains and the Indus River along the way.

Leh(3500mt) to Nubra(3350mt)

It is also called Nubra valley. On the way, you have to cross the Khardong-la (18380ft) which is the 2nd highest Motorable road in the world. From there you have a beautiful view of Karakoram range, Stok kangri range, ladakh Himalayan range etc. on the other Nubra side in you have a beautiful Shayok river which follows from Tibet to goes into Pakistan, evening at Hundar village there you goto visit the camel ride, cultural and Archery shows. overnight at Hundar

Nubra valley (3300mt) to Pangong Lake(4250mt)

Its 5hrs drive in a car. the Pangong lake, the colour is changing in the multi colours in a minute. 70% of the Pangong lake in China, on the way you will see the Shayok river view, the mountains range are so unique in that area, and also you will find some wild animals and migratory birds. overnight in Pangong .

Pangong(4250mt) to Leh (3500mt)

On the way back, you have to cross the Changla Pass. Which is the 3rd highest pass(17688ft) in the world .from that pass you have a very beautiful view of Different ranges of the mountain and Sakti village and other many villages on the way to Leh.

  • The coordination team will assist you in steps to cope up with the low oxygen level and to avoid health issues due to it. These instructions are to be strictly followed
